I definitely believe them to be uncucked, especially outside Helsinki.
I'm a mountaindweller, and I don't know if the lack of mountains would make me miss my birthland. I might get serious mountain-envy for the Swedecucks. Also, if I wasn't living in Helsinki, I don't know if I'd be ok living in what I've heard is practically Antarctica for eleven months a year.
