I have an athletic build from playing sports and doing daily life activities but always wanted to be buff. However I never can get the motivation to actually go to the gym and start lifting. I just get bored and never have an adreneline. Do you guys have any method to be motivated?

be me 13 years old play football because fuck it, lift heavy as shit and before I even go to high school join the 1000 lb club. don't lift for 3 years instead do cardio and start lifting again at 18. holy shit I'm strong as fuck can still deadlift 300 get into lifting again for 2.3 years. be me now go to gym for first time in 1 year at 180 lbs and lifts are still good. no excuses dyel fag everyone starts somewhere the real challenge is to stick with it and be able to rebound back.

Join a boxing gym or somthing like that mate. If you have the right trainer and go for atleast 2 hours a week pretty soon you'll be strong as fuck and have shitloads of endurance.
