/lrg/ LIBERTARIAN RIGHT GENERAL

"One finds in the human heart a depraved taste for equality, which reduces men to preferring equality in servitude to inequality in freedom"

This is a thread for the discussion of all ideologies that promote property rights, individual liberty and lassez-faire capitalism. These includes (but is not limited to) anarcho-capitalism, paleolibertarianism, minarchy, objectivism and anti-leftism (i.e. physical removal, so to speak). All others are welcome to learn and debate us.
Reminder that this is a right-wing thread, so libertine degenerates ('live and let live' faggotry), open-border advocates and faux-libertarians (e.g. Gary Johnson) are not welcome here - people here recognise that property rights imply discrimination and a return to conservative values.
Although questions are welcome, many are repeated often, so it is recommended you research the basics first. Nobody here is obligated to debate with you, so try to avoid using fallacies in your arguments or creating unrealistic scenarios.

P*leo plebs.

Individualism is for the birds. We want to be peoples.

Nice trips though, but your post seems to be missing something else...

bump

What should i read before i get into Democracy the God that Failed?

required doctrinal readong for all /lrg/

youtu.be/wq0-J_IMANY

No need to read anything before it really, you can understanding everything in it standing alone. Not to say you can't read something before it, but there would be no need to.
For a New Liberty by Rothbard is pretty good.

Bump Btw annons someone redpill me on this:

n the event of space travel, colonization, and human endeavors into our solar system and beyond it will be a leftist world that dominates the political sphere from there on out. Prove me wrong seriously.
Everytime i think of what a political world would be in a space faring age i think of leftist and expanded lgbtqtip universe where it never ends. Anything resembling so much as a viewpoint leaning right would be squashed. Honestly i just can't see a future in a space world with anything even right centrist leaning; does anyone have something to prove me wrong i want to be wrong i really do but every time i think of it all i see is a thousand years of darkness in leftist hell hole universe :*(

Why the hell would it be?

Clippity cloppity, get off my property !

uhh... you never proved in the first place that society will be leftist in the future. I'm guessing all you're going off of is the fact that Star Trek has a commie one world government.

man this thread is cringey

We'd think of space where it would be bringing in more diversity. At first it would probably be based on merits which seems fine at first. But then how would this not in the years to come just be an excuse for muh diversity?

One thing i will say in the event of early human exploration, there would ironically be more economic freedom and doing in space faring action i'd assume than on planet earth. But why do i in the long term only see lefties benefiting from the hard work of real libertarians in the future only to turn it into some sjw future. Again this is all just theory for the long run but why do i just see it as that? But in the early run of things it would be great no doubt.

It's more recommended than required; it's not like we can stop you posting here if you haven't read them anyway. Anyway,
>Machinery of freedom
Literally a 20 minute video, of a book everyone should read anyway
>Anatomy of the State
Also incredibly short and a great introduction to critique of the state
>Democracy: the God that Failed
This book is just quality.

Then what do you think the political world would be in the future? Do you picture any right leaning political figures in a space faring age?

I don't understand any of this. Do you have any proof at all why it would end like that?

Again its not proof its just speculation, and theorizing. But im just wondering what you guys think it would be like in a space faring future ?

I've been thinking a lot recently about the effect culture has on politics.
Which countries have the most liberal, individualist, libertarian culture?
Which countries have the most socialist, collectivist, authoritarian culture?

Why do you guys support legal nonwhite immigration

Interesting, although I didn't just mean in economic terms. Culturally, and almost historically.

Economic policy reflects the culture

>Mars is colonized by private companies (SpaceX)
>Profit margins too thin for muh diversity colonists, only those who pay can go
>This means whites and high quality asians and Indians, generally high-IQ, low time preference, K-selected people
>Mars is the first utopia in the history of man
>There is always work to be done, everyone is productive, fulfilled and happy
>de facto anarcho capitalism rules
>leftist fucks demand diversity quotas
>Pay for dindus and LGBTBBQWTF whalekin to be shipped to Mars
>Once there they don't have the skills to support themselves
>Leftists demand creation of Martian welfare state
>Most real Martians refuse to pay their taxes as before they had been completely free
>Leftists reveal their true colors and declare war on Mars
>Hellno.wmv
>Very short interplanetary war ensues
>Earth authority agents and bureaucrats all shot
>Earth tries to send ships but they get btfo by simple improvised mass driver weapons
>Earth gives up
>Martian Declaration of Independence and Constitution
>Absolute property rights decreed
>"State" consists of 3 guys in a Supreme Court who have ultimate authority in deciding conflicts related to implementation of said property rights; they cannot levy taxes or create any new legislation
>Enforcement of constitutional rights carried out by private security organizations
>Conflict between security orgs impossible due to all recognizing one ultimate arbitrator (the Supreme Court)
>Statism impossible due to the state not being able to do anything except interpret a document
>perfect_system.png
>Mars watches from the comfort of ever improving technology as Earth descends into South Africa-tier nigger hellhole

immigration as such has no meaning in a stateless society. We certainly do not support 'immigration' of undesirables onto our private property, though, and will meet it with nuclear hellfire. If you wanted, you could form a voluntary association with like-minded property owners to keep certain people out of a certain area, limited only by the bounds of your properties.

Ayn Rand is simply Nietzsche Lite, but somehow she's the most popular and most-compared to Libertarian

Any other fellow Libertarians here who voted Trump this year?

...

>Ayn Rand is Nietzsche lite
wew lad, what a brainlet
Yes, there is a connection, especially in the early/immature Ayn Rand. But on metaphysical and epistemological essentials they can't really be compared (Nietzsche never really reached a satisfactory answer to these questions, and Rand went with Aristotelianism and added some interesting epistemological stuff in pic related). As for ethics, well, they're incompatible in almost every respect except individualism. Nietzsche advocates individualism based on will - just will as a self-suficient primary that needs no explanation (what Rand would call whim). Rand claims to have discovered a rational ethics, based solely on reason rather than feelings. Feelings are irrelevant to Objectivist ethics, whereas they form the foundation of Nietzsche's.
