Nazis are in government.

...

Commies in the jewdicial system about to get BTFO.

just commies being commies

polexit when

We are kicking out old commie bongs from Supreme Court.

Why is the EU mad?

U tell me

Wrong think.

>Article 7
Military intervention?

Because EU is communist?

so they are at it again? nice
dumb racist poland will fall

From what i have heard in the news over here it's the fact that the government now decides who the judges going to be. No more separation of government and justice system.

...

Because the EU are commies and the judges are the only thing left to demand Poland divert resources from their families to Muslim families.

Your so out of touch are you the BBC by any chance.

>Article 7.1 would allow the Council to give a formal warning to any country accused of violating fundamental rights. If that doesn’t have the desired effect, Article 7.2 would impose sanctions and suspend voting rights.

you need to know a little of the historic background in order to realize why and what is happening right now

>1989, communism falls
>leaders of Solidarność (Solidarity) meet with commie leaders in Magdalenka to discuss changing country into democratic state
>they basically made the whole new system so the ex-communists can steal
>the worst thing is judiciary system
>it works like that: postcommunists have chosen their people to rule the Highest Court, ((judges))
>then anyone who wants to become a judge in the Highest Court, must be elected by the Highest Court, with zero control of the government or any other institution

basically it was a country in the country

ok, what's going on right now

>our ruling party, PiS, decided to go full fuck-off mode
>they are making the following changes:

-every judge is forcibly send on retirement
-unless the minister of justice says otherwise
-every judge that is >65 y.o. must retire, unless the minister of justice says otherwise
-the minister of justice chooses new judges

in other words, we have no longer separation of powers

but it seems that they made small changes, that instead of minister of justice choosing new judges, it is 3/5 of the parliament
but this changes almost nothing, in fact

tldr; we are getting rid off fucking commies that are pro-eu

Take it easy burger. I'm only asking questions. I don't have an opinion on this because i don't know all the facts. That's why i started this thread.

Dont buy bullshit. Parliament will choose judges' council and it in turn will choose new Supreme Court. No biggie. Also Supreme court in Poland is not the same as in USA

I would go to Europe and blow shit up over this. I'll kill women and children, don't even care. Timmermans should have his tongue torn out and castrated

So basically, the EU is going to kick Poland out?

I mean, the Polacks have been telling both the Russians and the Germans to go fuck themselves for centuries, knowing full well they're gonna get their shit pushed in.

I assume this is for "God and country and honor" or something along those lines.

So no more free movement of goods'n'sheet and the Polacks will tells Brussels to sodomize themselves with a rake?

I love based Polacks.

Get idiot Germans to build new Autobahns for them, and then peace-out when the gibs stop.

Why can't Germany be so based? :(

But commies are not human. So what's all the fuzz about? baka

>Commission vice-president Frans Timmermans said the laws recently adopted by the Polish parliament, and the proposed reform of the Supreme Court, put the judiciary under political control and are an attack on the rule of law.

>"These laws considerably increase the threat to the rule of law in Poland,” Timmermans told reporters after a meeting of commissioners on Wednesday (19 July).

>"Each law, if adopted, would seriously erode the independence of judiciary. Collectively they would abolish any remaining judicial independence and put the judiciary under full political control of the government, […] judges will serve at the pleasure of the political leaders,” he added.

>The European Commission will launch legal probes into the laws next week, once their text is published and translated.

>The EU executive is also preparing to trigger Article 7, a two-phased procedure that assesses the risk of a systematic threat to the rule of law and could eventually lead to sanctions, such as suspending a member state's voting rights.

>“We are coming very close to triggering Article 7. Our hand is still extended to the Polish authorities for dialogue, […] but dialogue will not stop the commission from taking any measures it deems necessary,” Timmermans said.

>in other words, we have no longer separation of powers
I mean I'm glad you're purging commies, but how is the above a good thing?

your judges are elected, our are beyond any control

Thanks for the summary. How else could they have fixed this commie problem without taking action like this? I don't see any.

No they aren't. Read a book

Democracy is a scam. At least that way no commies are in power.

Yeah, I'm sure sanctioning Poland over its democratically elected government would hurt that government and not make people rally behind them to fend off foreign aggressors.

kek are you memeing ore?

I apologize, I just wanted to post the ukip gilf and laugh about the "is that the bbc by any chance" press conference.

lol you should blockade all german goods from going to poland... watch the slav scum eat potato and wash clothes in the river.

Our federal and Supreme Court judges are not (directly) elected. The president nominates a candidate and congress confirms

They would just purchase Korean and Japanese goods instead. Not wise.

We are Nazis now according to Eu. They think that because current government is kicking out post-commie judges from the highest court.

>trump visits poland
>democratic features of the country get removed days later
>?????????????

will they fucking STOP MEDDLING IN OUR INTERNAL AFFAIRS FFS

The only thing keeping us in this gay union is the gibs, just end it now so we can leave sooner

that's bad desu. that's why the supreme court is now 1/3 jewish, 51% libshit. judges should be elected by the congress.

>Fire rises

>Democratic feature
Closer to aristocratic when only the judges vote for replacements.

Never gonna happen their whole economy is based on free eu money.

> Why can't Germany be so based?
you had your chance 80 years and you eternally fucked the white race back then
Germany cannot be allowed to have any political views. It always ends in the destruction of Europe.

>I mean I'm glad you're purging commies, but how is the above a good thing?
in your country the president chooses the judge, and then your deputies must allow him to be a judge (2/3rd of all votes, if I remember well)
And he is a judge till the end

in Poland, judges elected themselves, and it is only for 10 years

I am not saying that this is a good thing, but as long as our ruling power is somehow right-wing, this is certainly not a VERY bad thing
It is much better than it used to be, that's for sure. But they went too far, though.

>How else could they have fixed this commie problem without taking action like this? I don't see any.
There is no good solution to this problem. The best scenario would getting rid of every judge and then implementing for example American system, or even Dutch one. But first every judge must be proved that he has no connection to communists, in any form (family/business partners, etc)

Incorrect. They get double-digit billions every year, but that accounts for about 1% of GDP.

>Poland kick commies
>suddendly (((civil unrest)))
>civil war comes
>Poland get the full EU dick
jews always win kiddos

undemocratic opposition, EU shills try to crash legal voted government

Lel, most of the gibs are "infrastructure projects" that waste money doing nothing of use, like new sidewalk pavements besides roads, or art projects

The most they get out of it is the agricultural common subsidy - which everyone gets - and a couple free roads

looks like we have to invade poland again

A Polish civil war between Poland A and Poland B would be interesting to watch.

I think Poland B would kick the shit out of Poland A, but that is just speculation.

We already know you don't care about killing women and children, CIA. You niggers do it ever day.

>Frans Timmermans

Watch this (4.5 minutes):

>Diversity or War (Frans Timmermans, the MIX)
youtube.com/watch?v=qQC9AQpC-MA

How are we going to do that? Bundeswehr has been so neutered Denmark could take Hamburg and we could do absolutely dick about it.

hopefully.

i would switch sides and help Poland B in a scenario like that.

You build up an immune system but infesting yourself with the genetic trash of the whole world.
No one would even want to conquer you anymore.

Planning on warming up the broomstick Kampfgruppe are we? Your country would have trouble invading and holding the territory of fucking Luxemburg.

>You build up an immune system but

I should proof read before submitting.

proofread

well he sure is getting triggered :DDDDDDDDD

...

Most funds are for infrastructure projects...which go back to Germany***

what is going on in Poland
1. Germans who created EU and funded PO want to use both opposition and EU to abolish goverment because they are cut from trough and can't force even more retarded policies than PIS does.
2. PIS is ruining country with retarded policies just like every other leftist party.

He's a dangerous man. Was a nobody in Dutch politics. Suddenly he gets this major function in the EU. Nobody likes him. The Dutch party he is a member of (Dutch Labour Party) has witnessed the biggest loss ever in the history of our democracy during the last elections.

Poland should threaten to (and maybe even actually) trigger article 50 before the EU has the chance to slap them with sanctions

Have been to events with some high up people from the commission and parliament, can confirm that they are all shit scared that Brexit will compel other countries to leave the EU. This is entirely logical because the EU only has authority so long as its member states remain part of the union.

They're also really upset with Macron bc some EU officials pulled some shady behind the scenes strings to get him elected and now he's going full 1488 and making France much more powerful than Germany is comfortable with.

If Poland leaves the EU it might be the last nail in their coffin, not because the EU would lose a ton of value in annual member state dues but because it adds momentum to Brexit and the potential for other nations to leave.

Well fuck me. Allah better smite me right the fuck now for being a retard.

No he wouldnt. Fuck off

This is how our national TV is describing your country. How you gonna respond, Hans?

We are changing our judicial system to be more similiar to the one in Germany to kick out commie judges...

And leftists are mad about it.

>Timmermans is a Dutch version of the Jewish surname Zimmerman

— Rabbi Benzion Kaganoff

...really make u tink...

Is this part of the thing where the commies initiated like 7 judges right before they lost power and then the newly elected government threw those judges out?

POLAND TAKE YOUR FUCKING JUNGLE YOU ASSHATS. EVERYONE ELSE AGREED TO DIVIDE UP THE ZOO, YOU NEED TO TAKE YOUR SHARE

Young liberals don't have will to fight or die for their ideas. They care about Poland, but not that much.
Young conservatives are very much ready for that, and there are more of them. So it wouldn't be much of a war.

History repeats itself

>Poland allied with USA, France and Britain
>Germany and their empire pissed off at Poland
>Germany about to hurt Poland
>Russia just waiting

there's not many young to fight a war cuz ur birth rate is lower than germany's, kek.

aren't you just getting rid of judges that will inhibit PiS?
why would you get rid of judges that are pro-EU when Poland is the most pro-EU nation in the union?

Nooo Polen stop

actually only France and Britain have an operative military in Europe.

the polish military is in an even worse shape than the German one and the Germans could at least throw a shit ton of money at it if needed.

what?

Basically this, I figure Poland B would kick the shit out of everyone, and then cut Warsaw, Danzig, Breslau and the Kattowitz area off from public utilities and food.

It would be similar to the Sitzkrieg in WWII.

??
Judges in Poland should adhere to the laws of the land in which they serve, not the laws of some superstate union with other laws

There's also a judiciary branch in the eu

Poland is pro-freegibs, no pro-EU. Every Pole I know despise multiculturalism and Political Correctness which pretty much become sinonimous with EU.

no really what's the EU's perspective on this?
are they more butthurt about this or the refusal to take "refugees"?

>aren't you just getting rid of judges that will inhibit PiS?
yes we are, but the problem is the whole system, changing people won't fix this

>why would you get rid of judges that are pro-EU when Poland is the most pro-EU nation in the union?
we are pro-schengen and pro-gibs
and that's all

Have been saying this for a while. It's overtly disturbing and I don't understand why it is not a stronger narrative

What's article 7?
Isn't that the article that makes you leave the EU?

>amerishit education

except the internet is full of retards that are paid for typing refugees welocme
the rest of lambs are attaching to them quickly

tl;dr

Currently, in Poland the judges are picked by the Supreme Court, and both the executive and the legislative can do nothing about. The first judges were communists, and ever since they've been picking more communists. Nobody can take them out since only themselves can pick more judges.

Government is changing it so that you need executive and parliamentary confirmation for any judge, and retiring judges older than 65 (all communists).

EU is melting down because they hate democracy.

Fucking Poland or any one of the Visegrad group should Trigger article 7 over Germany's deliberate attempt to flood Europe with hostile mass raping Muslim men.

no, you have article 50 on your mind
article 7 basically means that they can discuss about the punishment, for example financial one

Poland is a de facto ethnic state for the Poles, and they like it that way. Naturally, this is unacceptable to the anti-white EU. Trump's high-profile visit has also emboldened the Poles in their ethno-nationalism.

Your multicultural reich is crumbling Angela

Forceful suspension of a (EU) member state's voting rights because of "human rights violations".

they're gonna get their shit pushed in.
kek - never heard that phrase before- it be ouch
Hansi you make me laff

>dismantling a corrupt autocratic system inherited from a socialist dictatorship is a human right violation
kek

...

real democracies actually have a division of powers and
checks and balances.

Meanwhile in Szwedsko

...

Who who chose judges to supreme court in aquafresh land?

>muh German products are too competitive

so basically no country on earth can call itself a democracy
