How to do this?
When you get someone to make the program ask them to move it into the USBs along with a few fake document files so it appears legit and make it so it executes the moment someone clicks on anything and not when the USB is popped in. That way if they get anti-virus alerts they'll decide to ignore and disable it and run the viral files.
Why?
This is where your social skills come in. Try to masquerade as a leaker. Someone who has evidence against Trump but make sure it sounds legit and not too extreme so they bite the bait.
