>VIDEO: Syrian Army smacks back HTS assault in southwestern Damascus
BEIRUT, LEBANON (6:30 P.M.) – Units of the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) have repelled a sizable assault by jihadists of the Ha’yat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) terrorist group on their position in far southwestern Damascus.

The engagement took place in the mountainous countryside around Beit Jinn two days ago. During the attack, jihadist militants attempted to seize the government-held town of al-Maqrousah from the SAA.

The SAA was able to completely repel the HTS assault, forcing its fighters to withdraw back to their start positions. Furthermore, the SAA managed to kill five jihadist fighters over the course of the engagement.

Pro-government forces currently besiege the town of Beit Jinn and its surrounding countryside.

Several months ago, reports appeared claiming that pro-government forces, led by elements of the elite 4th Mechanized Division, were to launch an offensive against the Beit Jinn pocket, reduce its defenses and force its rebel defenders to either surrender or be relocated to Idlib. In any case, this operation appears to have never taken place.

Arabs belong in the shitty desert of their penninsula drinking camel piss like their prophet did long ago, not in Kurdistan.

IMPORTANT QUESTION: Is he referring to SDF or SAA?

>Kurdistan
Come, join Ukraine at .

:'(

I liked your "big fucking craterstan" post the most, so far.

Source?

>tfw almost done uploading 300+ megumin pictures

Most likely some will be copy cats.

Might be they try to stay as quiet as possible about the advance, it's indicated by this for example

Tbh copypastin from elswhere, dunno how credible it is.

There's another one from Yusha in Arabic, can someone translate (I already did google, but I want actual arabic speakers to confirm)

ريف الرقة الشرقي - مصدر ميداني الجيش السوري يستهدف مواقعا لداعش في بلدات الدحلة والعكيرشي والمناطق المحيطة ويوقع قتلى وجرحى في صفوفهم .

There has been a general blackout on SAA advances the past week or so, correct?

There we go
I was wondering where you were last night, almost got concerned here

who should we trust ?

Noone.

That jude has a point

but is the gain legit or no ?

Fug

...

Who is our guy here?

The normal citizens, plus maybe, MAYBE Oscar Perez, but that remains to be seen. Everyone in the govt. is either shit or incompetent.

The white ones

>Everyone in the govt. is either shit or incompetent
So socialist then.

Just on military communications/embedded press. Advances/losses usually get confirmed when the day is done.

The helicopter dude, obviously.

j/k no one really, maduro sucks but the opposition it's the same or worse.

USA is primarily white, in syria USA is not /ourguy/. I am asking about individuals or ideology

If you're going to meme this properly, you have to use the dem flag; they are the true neo-con party at this point. Or would a shill think that too honest?

Yes, that's true.
Seems stupid to tweet this after One excludes the other.

are the stealth gainz that cockblocked the turds real?

...

Sweet
Sweet

Well the News about liberating those two villages could be referring to the SDF, not the SAA
>He didn't specify

>ideologies are universally corrupt and incompetent
nah i can name quite a few leaders who called themselves socialist who were pretty ok

We don't know now
Yusha claimed that accroding to his source the villages werent liberated
We will have to wait for now

Military source to me man is bullshitting.

answering old question if ivan is still here
the concept of continuing revolution is a concept made mainstream in the soviet literature by trotsky (a jew)
basically the bolchevik believe that the proletariat can free itself by the means of revolution (and overthrowing the boogeyman capitalist)
the concept of continuing revolution mean that the revolution doesn't stop when bolchevism gets into power in a country, the country must fund and try to provoke the revolution in other states to achieve real communism
real communism is when all the countries in the world had their revolution
until then the country isn't communist, it's socialist
USSR refers to the socialist states not the communists states
tl:dr
jews spread their cancer worldwide
real communism can't be achieved
commies are mentally challenged

dez soon?

>usa is white

2 months

the arabic just seems to say that they shelled the villages. they didn't take them yet.

>Turkey prepared to invade Idlib should al-Sham (formerly al-Nusra) continue to conquer area there

Why relieving Kurd-chans from a long chunk of their front line with isis tho?

It says no more than "السوري" so "targeted" I think, also " وجرحى في" seems to be "signs" of dead and wounded, so yeah, might be shelling, given they have BM27 & BM30 there these are in range.

I'm just starting to learn about Syria and you guys spring this Venezuela shit on me

But why "antifa" revolution?

Geopolitics is never easy.

antifa think of themselves as communist
some are more statist other more anarchist
when they say antifa they mean commie

Well, Syria will end at some point. We need something to move on to after it ends.

>mfw

It was either do this and take the blunt of the force (which they weren't attacking kurds anyways) , or let the kurds take strategic points across a river. (You need towns and shit to stay ini much easier than marching through the desert)

Is maduro just Venezuelan Assad ?

Afghanistan war seems to never end, beginning in 1978 and still going on

>Aktuhally
SDF should allow any SAa units to travell through their Raqqa territory.

THe SAA allows them to move troops and equipment inbetween cantons constantly.

Hypocrit cunts imo

everything here is absolutely correct
communism is the state of societal development and organisation that follows interanational socialism ( one single socialist state spanning the globe ).
It is not international socialism. We cannot know what it looks like any more than a 12th century baron would be able to describe a workable democratic capitalist stage of societal development.

i.e. 'communists' are frauds, even if they scrunch their faces every morning and repeat the words 'i am a communist' over and over again, they cannot be communists. they are likely capitalists ( born in capitalist society, take part in capitalist activity etc).

continual revolution sounds quite capitalist
continual development, continued evolution, continued growth. almost like marketing...

thus 'communists' are mentally challenged if they believe we can has communism now. first we would need international socialism and then 300 years at least, before we were ready to collapse into communism. but we not there yet. we not even close to international socialism.

You will adapt

The ability to get near-instantaneous information about conflicts on the other side of the world is addictive. You start to see the world as a giant chessboard. Don't get too sucked in, otherwise you'll be here forever.

But the social media game of the factions there is weak

I...no. I'm going to say no. Those two people are very different people in terms of who they are and what they want.

Advancing through towns is safer for the supply lines than open desert.
Stopping k*rdish clay grabbing south of the Euphrates.
Heck i wouldn't be surprised if the Tigers kept going along the Euphrates all the way to DeZ, having two flanks on the Succnah-DeZ highway is cancer.

Maduro is a socialist that loves cuban cock and should be gassed with all his supporters

> tfw approaching 7 years of being here

Don't tarry boys I've enough autism to go round.

antifa is an anarcho-communists movement, do you not understand political symbolism?

What do you expect from kurds honestly. There is a reason why they must be destroyed

Eh... Ukraine?

but we should keep in mind being against outright commie stupidity dosent mean we should just allow society to gravitate to the other extreme and let the whole world devolve into some retarded pinochetist/lolbertarianist fantasy
personally i believe a balanced social-democratic is best

>implying the members have a clear idea of what they stand for
do you not read between the lines ?

How's it feel /sg/ being so smug earlier and then realizing that it was fake? /sg/ BTFO faggots.

I guess I've taken the mantle of providing the updates on venezuela, and from what I've seen it's unlikely to erupt in full-scale civil war. Maduro doesn't have the support of the people like assad does (though russia has stated that international efforts should avoid interfering in Venezuela, but I doubt they'll do anything since Venezuela defaulted on a russian loan a few months back).

I'd put more money on Ukraine heating up again over a conflict in venezuela.

>social-democratic
>not national-socialism
