I think most people have some sort of delusion in which they overestimate the capacity of humans in general of controlling operations in a large scale, and grossly underestimate the randomness and complexity of the real outcomes of life. Yeah, I actually agree on some of the points you raise. Maybe my last post was over the top to counter the sentiment that there's "no way it was not a conspiracy" some people have here. Of course conspiracies on a small or a larger scale do exist, we see them every day. And of course there are elites who have much more influence than you or than I do. That has been the case all throughout human history.
But in my opinion, the larger the conspiracy (larger whether in the amount of people required to pull it off, or the impact it will have on history), the lesser the chances it will be actually successful.
In the case of JFK, such a conspiracy would have involved quite a lot of people. The secretary of defense, the director of the FBI, the director of the CIA, the chief of the Secret Service, the vice president (LBJ), et. al. Now, while it's not technically impossible, it's just as possible that Oswald, like this user says, acted on his own. That where the underestimated randomness of life comes in place. Maybe it was just good luck to those pissed off with JFK, maybe it wasn't an actual plan.
