Alright, let's take a look at some statistics.
There are about 1.6 billion Muslims in the world.
Let's say about.. 10% are radical.
That's AT LEAST 160,000,000 people. 100 million more than the amount of people that died in WW2. This doesn't even account for the people who feel neutral towards extremism or wouldn't naturally feel compelled to go against it.
So how do we solve the Muslim problem?
Do we..
>bomb them?
No, that won't work.
>accept them?
No, that hasn't worked.
So what do we do to solve the problem? Look deeper into the religion.
The two major divisions of Islam, Sunni and Shia. They are constantly fighting, disagreeing, at war, etc.
If the leaders of the Muslim world continue to become less and less secular, what happens? They take a side in the religion.
When that happens, the conflicts between the two division continues to grow. Their fighting will evolve into wars.
And what will happen in a war that great? The muslim population will thin out, and continue to do so until they realize there is no point in fighting and stop. By that time, the population of the muslim world will have greatly decreased, along with radicals (who are most likely to be involved in such conflicts) dying out.
This essentially solves the islamic problem, and no longer are they as great threat to the rest of the world.
Any questions?
