It is an embedded part of the Culture and for 'people' (referring to people of the world not just Germany, Germans already knew he was right) to know he was right Nazism and it's culture must be spread and popular worldwide. You're forgetting, judges are biased and as of late, seem to have no problem disobeying the laws of the land and wills of the people.
