So here's time for some education. If you don't know who Yuri Bezmenov is, get the fuck in here.
Yuri Bezmenov was an ex-KGB member whose main purpose was subverting other nations through means of Propaganda, (ideological subversion). He later defected to Greece, the US, then Canada after finding out how horrible the (((Soviet Union))) and communism truly were, and that it did indeed have plans for world domination. He then devoted his life to spreading the word of what's happening to the minds of people in the Western world. He did this through the media (he worked for CBC and was fired by Canadian President and communist sympathizer Pierre Trudeau because of pressure from the Soviet ambassador), university lectures and such. He was talking about the erosion of Western culture and the implementation of the new artificial shit culture you have now. This new culture would soon be used against the host nation.

At the end of the day, the Soviets lost the Cold War with economic Marxism, but they won the Cold War by infiltration of churches, schools, media, etc. with cultural Marxism, which became the dominant culture with the boomers, hippies, etc. and became progressively worse since then (see: modern SJWs and school lectures about how we must destroy "whiteness" which would've been unthinkable just 30-40 years ago).
All this subversion was documented by FBI officials like Edgar Hoover and Cleon Skousen in his book "The Naked Communist", and scholars like Kevin MacDonald in his book "The Culture of Critique".

As far as "white nations" with decent standards of living go, Eastern Europe wasn't infected as much because they were part of the Eastern Bloc when the Soviet Union was still around.
The West had cultural Marxism injected through education, media, etc. which was mainly driven by the Frankfurt School, while the Eastern Bloc had economic Marxism, which ended a while ago. So it's one of the reasons why Eastern Europe is still a lot more conservative and nationalist than the West. That's why people praise Russia, Poland, Hungary so much on Sup Forums since they're not communist anymore and they weren't affected by cultural subversion as much.
But what anyone should recommend is staying here and fighting it. Abandoning America or Western Europe isn't doing anyone any good. You should just be aware of what's happening, fight it, and educate other people about it (like Jordan Peterson).

It seems that upholding the law is important, but police officers are employed and must follow the orders of the chief and everyone else in the chain of command. Do we need to speak out about these movements and hold people in leadership positions responsible?

Minimums are for the 1st-time offenders that didn't exactly exhibit a predatory-nature.
Maximums are for the absolute scum of society that, if they were in jail for a long time, would benefit society as a whole. You can take the nigger out of the jungle, but you can't take the jungle out of the nigger.
The 'special people' defense comes from persons that exhibit "Normal" types of behavior (and history). If there are references to people guilty of a crime, and that they have sufficient support-systems able to prevent the next crime, then they get an easier system.
