Depends on the specific ideology
Racially aware socialists, social nationalists, and strasserist natsocs lean toward racial inequality, National Bolsheviks do as well, but I don't think they're into identity politics really, left wing fascists likely disregard race and Aryanists care about racial idealism, basically concerned with nobility of character primarily.
