I'd say high genetic quality correlates both with intelligence and attractiveness. Black people are r-selected and of poor racial quality, they are both ugly AND stupid, whites are the most attractive race and the smartest. Retards and those mongoloid looking people missing chromosomes are really ugly as well as being really dumb.
