Not the answer you want, but it's actually very hard to get statistics on this. Family courts do not operate like real courts of law. They're independent, almost entirely autonomous little kingdoms where the judge's authority is complete. They don't tend to operate in public, probably because they know that if they did they'd be hanged.
Talk to literally any family lawyer about their thoughts on divorce court and prenups. It's very enlightening.
