Plan on leveraging new & old and media to communicate and recruit
Fund raising!!! Get that money.
Organize communities and hierarchies of command
Build coalitions and engage policymakers Mo Bigga Monies.
Etc…

Better educate yourself on insurgencies like Northern Ireland, Croatia, And more recent Donetsk(East Ukraine).
You will have a military arm and you've got a political arm. Know when to flex each or both.
