How to get rid of heroine/fentanyl epidemics?

Should we torture drug dealers and drug producers?

>torture drug producers
Yes but in public

torture? just hang them, we have better things to do than waste time on torture.

addiction is the symptom, not the cause

>Buying cocaine

Give drug users a free bullet ejected from a gub

Legalize. Everything. Let the bottom dredges of society do just that fall.

Realize that there is no epidemic; the "epidemic" is fake news promoted by the you-know-hews.

Opiods are just like alcohol or anything else. Most folks can handle it, some can't. Just because some can't doesn't mean that we need nanny laws, or spend one dime on catching "drug dealers" (because let's face it, most of them are big pharma or doctors, who would walk even if arrested anyway).

Let freedom ring people! The so-called "opioid epidemic" is a self-correcting problem

This. A thousand times this. I'm so f-cking sick of "social conservatives" wasting tax dollars on the "war on drugs". Jesus, you guys waste more money than liberals.

Let junkies die.

Stop confiscating drugs. Its actually good for drug dealers when law enforcement confiscates personal use levels of drugs, because it just nets the dealer another sale.

Also this.
Drug dealers are the biggest beneficiaries of prohibition.

Oh and another thing --- the ONLY drug that should require a prescription are antibiotics (because there is an objectively important public interest in restricting antibiotics; overuse and improper use of antibiotics is a Bad Thing for everybody).

Think about it --- if you allowed opioids to be available without perscription, the price would go wa-a-a-a-ay down. There would be a rash of overdoses, but after the initial purge of addicts we'd be in a much better place.

No more wasting tax dollars fighting "pill mills" or "doctor shoppers", heroin dealers no longer have the best, cheapest shit on the market. And, most importantly, it wouldn't take an Act of God for folks who are actually in pain (e.g. chemo patients) to get the relief they need.

Chewing Fentanyl patches feels AMAZING

Free-market capitalists need to take a stand for legalization, instead of just putting their invisible hands in their pockets whenever the subject of prohibition comes up.
