You need to find hobbies that take dedication, work but which you enjoy doing. For some people it's painting, for some people it's taking old car engines apart. Cooking. Learning a language. Even reading about shit counts; I didn't know fuck all about economics a year ago so I went and bought some textbooks and studied it. Stuff like that. You can throw some Fallout in if you like now and then, watch some telly as well but it's good to develop interests.
