In secret. If i declared being an apostate i'd probably get killed, yeah.
One common misconception about the whole thing in Saudi Arabia is they don't immediately behead you, they bring you in and ask you multiple times if you want to come back to islam, if you insist on being an apostate then they'll behead you. But if you come back you'll stay in jail for a while then they'll let you go. HOWEVER, this was years ago. This could have changed.
