That's what happens when you class Hispanics as white. Hell even my job made me fill out a survey and only option for Hispanic was Hispanic white. I'm Hispanic not white, I'm darker than most of my Hispanic friends too.

Percent of welfare recipients who are Hispanic 21.2 % 14,392,000

Percent of welfare recipients who are Other / Mixed 4.4 % 2,987,000

Either way at the end of the day, even if more whites in the States are on welfare, it would only be because white people make up the majority of the population. If you adjusted race population sizes in the states so that they were all the same size, there isn't a single doubt in my mind that much more blacks would be receiving it than whites.
