Not true. Same as Muslims, Republicans have a wide range of opinions about ISIS. Some even blame it on the constant management of Middle Eastern regimes to keep the oil flowing in exchange for dollars.
And nobody minimally informed blames Catholicism for Baptist (Protestant) marches. That's like blaming Sunnis for Shia's self flagelation. Besides, they can march as much as they want. That doesn't hurt anybody physically and we (still) have the first amendment in this country that guarantees their right to do so and it doesn't care about "muh feels".
