Avoid Milos, because it is couples-only. You can have a good time on all other islands, depending what you are looking for.

Corfu is pretty good, most large islands with a healthy young population really. Thessaloniki too. Avoid Athens and most other cities. Athens is basically 50% commies and the other cities have a largely aging population.

I built my own house like a decade ago and it cost about 900.000 Euros, not counting the garden, but it is a really nice house. You can build a decent one at around half a million.

You can live comfortably enough with 1.5k-2k a month. More than that and you get to enjoy luxury meals and holidays pretty often.

Sure they like tall men, although nowhere near the shit I see coming from the USA, with the must be 6 feet tall stuff. Same with ripped. Thessaloniki has mostly Byzantine ruins, although you can find a lot of Macedonian ones in the areas outside the city, close to smaller towns and villages. Corfu has mostly renaissance time buildings, Italy style. There are quite a few ancient temples and ruins as well though. It's Greece dude, you can stumble on ancient ruins by digging a hole. It's actually a major issue here if you want to build anything. Half the times you can't because under the field you wanted to build there is an ancient theatre, or a market or sth.

Milos is an island where couples go, not much point in going there if you are looking to meet available people. It is a good place if you already have a woman and want to go to an island with her for sunbathing and swimming. It is going to be couples all around you.

For property prices, you can look online. You will want to get a lawyer who has worked with Greece before, because the property law here is complex.

In most places, think ~15'000 Euros/yr minimum to make ends meet (for 1 person). In small islands it may be a bit less.

Greek women generally prefer Greek men. If you have advantages like the ones you are mentioning, your chances of course go up. If you live here for good, then yes, you 'll certainly find someone unless you have extreme disadvantages.

2 cities, plenty of villages and resorts, nice beaches all around the island. Corfu has plenty of trees. Good food. I ate the best tasting tomatoes ever in a place in the south. Both young and older visitors. Bad roads (especially dangerous because you drive on mountains in the middle of the island), so don't drink and drive.

My vacation style there (and on all Greek islands really): Go to a beach at noon and relax there until the evening, then go to a tavern to eat, then at night go to a club for a drink.

Several Ancient and renaissance sites. The entire city used to be built like Venice, but the Germans bombed it to smithereens (thanks guys). The old City still remains though. There are several Summer palaces of various Kings and Queens, The Achilleum being the most famous. Built by an Austrian Queen who was in love with Achilles. Plenty of fantastic nature too, from mountains to beaches and underwater diving areas. Also the best restaurant in Greece, Etrusco. Fantastic place, I visit several times every summer.

Nah, not really. I live in both Greece and the UK and Greece is like 2/3 as expensive as the UK. Good stuff still costs though, but not to the point it drives me away. Like, you can eat in a decent tavern at 20 Euros per person, or go to Etrusco and eat at 100 per person without wine. There is a large range.

I made 1000 a week take-home last year, didn't go on trips, didn't go to bars and blow money, and I went further into debt.
