NatSoc drew on a range of pan-German theories, which wanted to blend Aryan workers and Aryan magnates into a super Aryan state, which would involve the eradication of class-focused socialism as a non-German ideology.

Just because Germany had a lot of catching up to do because of demilitarisation doesn't mean they were an insanely militarised country. In 1940, France was more militarised than Germany, and they barely increased.

The notion that National Socialism wasn't simply fascism done in a German setting is a sign that the person talking doesn't actually know what they're speaking about.

Majority of economists (me included even if i'm not one but i've studied economics) refer to NatSoc as "Military Keynesism". With this type of economics you're forced at some point to declare war on someone, because you cant sustain 2/3 of public spending on military (or supporting military private industries) and sit on you ass forever. Again, Germany had to catch up with the Western powers if it wanted to survive. People like Churchill made it very clear they wanted to smash Germany again before Hitler even got power. Churchill wanted to go to war over Hitler taking back the Ruhr, as well as reunifying with Austria, and the Sudetenland. None of which they've any good claim to why a world war should be started.
Germany should've actually been what you're accusing it of. They should've actually spent most of their budget on their army. Maybe then they could've won.
The world isn't ideal, and Germany wouldn't have survived til 1940 if it applied idealist economics.

We had our own NS, in fact they held the largest rallies in our history.
The Netherlands was a weak (spiritually too) democratic country and the invasion happened so fast because the state neglected the army and was armed with throwaways from WW1. The Dutch state as it was deserved no respect. The Germans put the NSB in charge essentially functioning as a revolution, and Germany planned on putting some of our 55,000 SS volunteers in charge of local leadership. Mussert (NSB leader) wanted a united Netherlands, with Belgium, as did Staf de Clerq in Flanders, but the German plans were more focused on a Germanic empire.
Of course there's downsides too, like the bombing of Rotterdam killing some hundreds of people, and the hunger winter of '44. There wasn't a more co-operating country though, and the future looked pretty good. The most negative thing written about what the Germans had planned for the Netherlands was banning the anthem, which was bullshit cause both the NSB and VNV still sang it in their meetings. Either we'd have become a NatSoc United Netherlands, or we'd have been equal part of a NatSoc Germanic empire leading the world. Don't really see the downside.

Wilders seems pretty stale, he'd be a step in the right direction though. As said, he's a civic nationalist at best. The Indonesian, if any, is tiny though. He comes from a colonial family living in Indonesia, that doesn't have to mean Indonesian blood. His eyes do droop, I guess. He also seems to be 1/8th Jewish, which he really loves. He basically acts like a full one.

In essence it wouldn't change what's needed to be done as I still don't think they'll be what we need in the end, but I don't think they are. Perhaps you could say puppets to the modern dogma, but Wilders was a Zion-obsessed guy before he even entered politics, which he did in the basic conservative party.

Fascism is less racial and more ecclesiastical. Fascism also has a heavier focus on the corporatist economic side of the ideology. NatSoc (when grossly simplified) centres around guaranteeing a healthy future for one's people.
