Name: idk... something random sci-fi like. New heaven, Sanctuary, Ill likely try to get a new name made up.
politics: i have complete dictatorship over the planet. however have scientific/industrial advisers who can help point things out and explain things to me if i need it.
economical: centralize health care, food production, sewers/water, electricity, etc. (i am not a dick so it will be decent quality) but other things will be mostly capitalism/free market (with restrictions to protect health/environment)
personnel/civilian choice: depending on how easy it is to get there and back to earth i might just keep it a private planet and review each person individually.
but if its difficult to get to ill just get a few of my friends together and have then start interviewing people, if there are some they are not sure about then ill interview them. after getting a few hundred then set out for the planet.
mainly it will just be a planet for people to enjoy their life, but hopefully we would be able to get some very nice tech/industrial stuff going on. again it depends on how easy it is to get to.
flag will likely be something random that i got a game designer to draw, same with symbols. military will just be a small/privet defense force (depending on how easy it is for other people on earth to get to it might just be a few people with guns or an elite task force of some sort)

The planet shall be known as Lebenskampf, and the first settlement called Neü Berlin. The workers, soldiers and farmers would be united under the Fourth Reich, a national-justicialist popular movement, with a strong army, taking good care of its citizens and listening everybody's opinion in shit. The flag would be like light blue, white and yellow, with Odal in a bright red in the middle, and its anthem would be a mix of different anthem's from Earth, taking the good parts of every anthem in the world. Everyone would be allowed to work and serve the planet and its goverment except juden, dindus (of all kinds) and any kind of extremist religion (jehovah's witnesses, islamists, etc). While everybody pays taxes nobody gets hurt.
The army consists of a Space fleet (codename Fulcrum 20), the Reichswehr, the I.A.F (Imperial Air Force) and the Imperial Armada (not counting the Strategic Missile Corps and the Wunderwaffe Organization).

Honestly, I have no fucking clue what this planet is capable of sustaining so we're going to need to get some experts asap. Of course, we're going for a pan-European approach here so we're going to need to extract our experts from good European stock but I don't think that'll be an issue. Once we know where it would be best to set up house we'll go from them, plan according to our capabilities, and hopefully create an enjoyable, sustainable mode of living for the people on our new planet.
Also, when we're finally set up we're going to have compulsory military service at the age of 18 so we have a populace that's been through basic training. Assuming we're able to pull it off in terms of resource abundance we'll also allow them to keep the equipment once they've done their duty so we don't have to worry about an unarmed populace.
If I fuck up I hope I'm killed for being a traitor. If I do I know my people will succeed since they have the will to achieve things beyond my capabilities.

Flag: A plain red flag, symbolic of power and unity. As the ruler and first settler, I will have only young children as my followers. i will mold them into certain roles. Our soldiers, our scientists and philosphers (one category, colludes with soldiers to expand), our farmers, and our doctors. There will be no currency, as it is commonplace to share with everyone and take only as you need. I will say there are about 250 of each category. Starting there will be equal number of men and women. Any health defect that proves to be debilitating beyond their usefulness to society, they are cast out with ample supplies to survive for 1 month or killed humanely if they request. It will become a society based off of not only merit, but acceptance and aid. We will be predominately peaceful, but fierce when advantages to our own society follow due action. If I were to name it, it would be "The Kingdom of Boronia", or just "Boronia."
Boronians will not be race inclusive, we will all be the same race: a new race that allows for increased strength and intelligence, hightened adaptibility and immune systems. We will eventually do away with health problems, as our genes will disallow any defects.
