We're going to make a computer command that will help you get information about the guy who stole from you.
So, copy and paste this text into notepad.
@echo off

get PayPal_information_tracker >nul
then save it as "Paypal.bat"
make sure the option is selected for "all file types"
Then after you've saved it, go ahead and open it. A dialog box should open with some instructions.
