There is only one "nice" part of North Korea and it's the capitol. However, only the upper echelon of society is allowed to live there. In order to be in the upper echelon you have to lick a lot of boot so that the government will assign you a place to live. The city is just for show, for international audiences as well as domestic. The hospitals are big and fancy looking but are unoccupied, unstaffed, and lack even basic necessities like reliable power. They use propaganda to keep lower society wanting to work harder to achieve the nicer things while they usually receive nothing for generations. Outside of the city is almost entirely rural farm type of country where people live like peasants.
North Korea is not anywhere close to being a nice place to live, even if you're in the top 1% of the 1%. It's a third world country where everyone is subsurvient to the government and anyone who dares to question authority is punished severely or just outright killed. Sup Forums would definitely not want to live there just for the second reason alone.
