I think at this point it's pretty obvious that adding women to any naturally male-dominated environment is a recipe for a disaster. These places are usually high stress(physicall and mental), high competition, requiring long hours and dedication. Some of them also change rapidly, so you have to constantly learn.

Forcing MUH DIVESITI on such environments only generates:

* Drop in quality of work
* Tenssion in teams which have to clean up the mess
* Drop in productivity
* HR at odds with workforce
