It looks like this look for buildings laid out like so and in (I think that arrow should point N).
We have the area somewhat narrowed down. This is what we need to look for it appears to be a complex of a number of close together buildings at least 200m long, running generally SW to NE. There should be a lighter colored clearing nearby, but that might be too new for the maps.

Fursan and Azzah are towns controlled by the FSA nearby a Euphrates reservoir. I don't know if that complex is it, but if it's near anything it's nearby these two towns and the reservoir.

I saw you mentioning Idlib then I bothered to translate the title of the video and found it named the Camp "Fursan al-Azzah" which coincidentally are the names of two towns next to a large body of water. Idlib is pretty far to the west of there, but both are in the North.
We can use peakfinder to try to triangulate the hill and the mountain if we are in the neighborhood.
