If you want to download C-Span video, do the following
>find video (which was actually quite difficult since it doesn't show up on search engines or C-Span search) >click popout >view page source >acquire video ID >add video ID to the end of android C-Span playback url
>observe wall of text >realize every C-Span video is split by hour >have 8 links for the 6.5 hour video, 1 hour is for unlisted initial footage (pic related) >download each part with the temporary Android mp4 playback link with the generated IDs that last 5 minutes each
more detail on last part: Each part follows this format; After the string >path":{"#text":" there is a long, generated url. There will be 8 of these. They will end with >&Key-Pair-Id= followed by some id and " You need to copy and paster the entire url until the ", which includes the ID If you did it correctly within the time limit, you should see a mp4 file. click play and then "save as" If the time runs out before you can get all 8 parts, and it will, just refresh. You'll get new IDs.
