Czechslovakia was a false democratic state with constant tensions between the Czechs and the Slovaks. Hitler was right to invade it on the will of the Czech leader. Besides, unemployment was eradicated almost immediately after the annexation. I do think that Hitler should have left the Czechs alone after the War though, rather than planning to Germanize them.
