Lets not lie to ourselves. When a white woman is pulled over the officer apologizes and quickly lets her go on her way with a warning. No attempt to search for anything is made.

If a black male is pulled over, he calls for backup and a drug sniffing dog. He's held there for an hour while they turn his car inside out, and if a pipe is found he's spending the next 5 years in jail.

Your perceptions do not match reality. It's simply more likely that a white woman will submit to the police officer and do as she's told. It's also far less likely that she'll be doing anything wrong. If those two conditions aren't met, she's treated the same as any nigger.
