That's the main difference between the movie and the book really, the book was about how fucked the modern world is, and the comedy was that it was Hitler, of all people, pointing all this out. The book didn't necessarily agree with his solutions to the problems, but it showed how any why he came to those conclusions in the first place. The movie, on the other hand, is just "Look! Hitler said all this stuff about how Germany is dying too guyz!!! Crack down on populist extremizm!!!" Jewish bullshit.
