Communism is the next stage of humanity following the capitalist stage.
What exactly is communism according to Marxist-Leninists:

Hey, I know you make this general all the time and in light of the collapse of the alt-right I've become very interested in communism again.
However I'm concerned about the actual functional prospects of it's operation. All communist governments that have ever been established have been under constant attack and attempts of sabotage by capitalist competitors. This resulted in massive militarization of communist society to defend itself(huge drain on the economy) and constant paranoia of western spys attempting to undermine the state(hence constant jailings, excecutions, labor camps ect).
So I ask: would communism have worked if this wasn't happening?

Soviet Union would have flourished, for example, they didn't get to invent the internet in the late 50s because the military didn't want to share network with the civilians, if they didn't have to be so paranoid they could have computerized their whole planned economy and make the economy almost perfectly efficient. Even taking the purported "100 million" seriously, you're dealing with wildly different causes of death in numerous countries.
For instance, the campaign to collectivize Ukrainian agriculture in the early 30s. Up until collective agriculture was established, peasants were always at the risk of famine. Collective farms were large and made use of mechanization and scientific methods.
Famine broke out due to a number of factors, sabotage being a not inconsiderable reason. But once collective farms were set up famine never again returned to the USSR (barring a brief period after WWII due to wartime devastation.)
Another major cause of death are situations of class warfare (such as the Russian Civil War.) The bourgeoisie in earlier centuries, when it was a revolutionary class, also used terror against their feudal opponents.
It is the capitalists who compel the working-class to resort to violence to defend their state. The October Revolution was an almost bloodless affair, and the Bolsheviks accepted the existence of all parties who accepted soviet power. It was in the course of civil war instigated by the imperialist powers and internal counter-revolutionaries that Red Terror became a necessity against the terror used by counter-revolution against the workers and peasants.
Capitalism has been responsible for over 100 million deaths throughout the centuries through war, famine, slavery (which was important in the early development of capitalism in Europe and the Americas), etc. A famous example is that it is entirely within the means of our planet to end world hunger, but it would entail a tremendous loss to the capitalist class to rationally allocate food on the basis of need rather than on the basis of what is most profitable.

Jews culturally and religiously are tribalists who only look out for themselves. It's part of their dogma. Muslims devote their whole lives to religion and they can barely see past it. Christians are much more liberal and a generally dying breed, but to a lesser extinct would still pose an issue.
The religion and cultural identity of these groups needs to be destroyed for them to integrate into a socialist society. They do not believe in egalitarianism or equality. Unfortunately much of the modern left doesn't care about the Jewish connection and sees muslims as allies because they support leftist governments in the west even though their culture and beliefs are antithetical to progressive values and they only wish to establish sharia, not socialism.

It would only take a generation or two to purge most traces of religion and negative traditions. The left really needs to eventually target ALL divisive identities, not just white christian men. The whole privilege wave is indirectly creating actual fascists promoting negative values both outside the movement and within it. Instead of promoting egalitarianism, it makes the left hate white people and put minorities on a pedestal, dividing the proletariat for no reason.
We need an internal restoration to our true values of race and gender not mattering, if you don't do that you're going to push people into all forms of competing fascism with false red banners.
