Spirituality is hard to explain in concrete words because it deals with your "gut feeling" and has no real anchor in the world - yet can be present with you in every moment of every day.

I like to think that there is a physical, measurable effect that one day may be measured (the four fundamental forces of nature) but I also like that it's obscure and still unknown as that leads to philosophical thought about it.
