I have a pretty major digestive issue, so I'm weak as hell. Last month I decided to do something about it, so I started at the bottom by struggling to do sets of 5 counter pushups. Once I built up enough strength to do 25 of those in a row, I moved onto knee pushups. They're getting easier every day. Soon I'll be able to do real pushups, then finally lift. I want to make my race proud.
