Workouts must be explosive like 20-25 minutes max with as little rest as possible and done on a hungry stomach.
I agree about the push ups and pull ups hell you can even do more in the span of 15 minutes but the other things are impossible without much practice and their effect diminishes if you're taking too much time for a break between sets.
