Why do I get the feeling the vast majority of people pretend to like classical music? It seems only a minority of people actually earnestly enjoy classical music and music inspired by classical music. When casuals say they "love" classical music, what they really mean is that they'll give it a go if it happens to be on at a given time and place, but almost never pursue it on their own accord.

Same line of thinking goes into "loving" art or science. As long as it has the cache of being hip, cool and intellectual, the average schmoe glom onto these labels and pretend to be informed. So fucking disingenuous.

Not saying it applies to you, but fuck, it happens so often, I can't help but ask.

if you don't listen to jazz intently your IQ is

The kind i like.

The most important thing you can do for the white race is keep your own life in order. Start with yourself. You must be competent, reliable, hardworking, and, above all, happy. Do people in your life trust and respect you? What does your family think about you? Are you capable of raising children? Racial politics doesn't have to be the only factor of your life. And if you can't achieve such things for your self, then the chances are very high that you are not ready to be a political activist, either online or in real life. Because how can you make a difference for the race, for the lives of many, if you can't even make anything of your own, individual life?

Always remember: we live in first world countries and have opportunity that most people born on this planet do not. Things aren't as good for us as they were for our parents. But billions of people in the third world would still kill to have the opportunities that you do right now. So take care of yourself! Work your ass off, every day, to build a good life for you, and for your family. Spend your time wisely, and keep your real life priorities in order. Work hard, but also do fun and wholesome things with real people in real life. That is very important. Nothing on the internet should ever take away from your real life

Jim Goad must be low IQ, too.

Jazz is horribly overrated.

Can you hear the frapping sound of a thousand fart bubbles burbling through a brassy sphincter? Do you relish the herky-jerky dissonance of music so self-importantly complex that it murders essentials such as melody and rhythm? Does it make you feel classy to buy overpriced drinks and listen to meandering, four-hour spazzfests that are essentially the Grateful Dead in a suit and tie?

Since I have never felt like a ping-pong ball bouncing FOREVER in a locked room, I have never felt jazzy in my life. I’d rather drink jizz than listen to jazz. Hey, jazz—you can kiss my azz!

Doot-doot-doodle-a-doodle-a-doodle-a—STOP!

Worst of all is “jazz fusion,” music tailor-made for two homos who’ve snorted too many poppers and have decided to shave each other’s tushes.

If I only had five minutes to live, I’d dig up Miles Davis and strangle him.

Only the most classic of Nazi death metal.

Nothing created after 1905.

Old school folk and blues mostly. When I listen to other genres, I still like stuff with strong traditional or local roots. More broadly, I guess you could say I like "Americana."

Yes, the whole thing. I wouldn't dare take anything out. This is the spirit of America.

So you only listen to coon songs?

Buddy, 99.9999999% of all music in the world was recorded after 1905.

Even the ancient shit that was written centuries ago was technically recorded long after, and who knows if that was even the artist's original intention?

Really, stop pretending you're sophisticated and just admit you're a filthy casual like the rest of mankind.

This but mainly their underground shit

Here is some trippy trap shit, love this shit

Comfy

Black metal, folk music, classical and when I'm drunk club music.

I'm a classical musician, so I'm biased. Funny enough, I don't like classical period music that much. Late romantic and some modern are my favorites. I don't remember how many times I have had to play stuff like Pachelbel's canon.

I like doom jazz. Makes me feel like I'm in a Raymond Chandler story.

Its really something you can't enjoy fully until you understand how it works.

Hell, I still fall asleep during some boring ass symphonies.

For example, Beethoven's 9th is so boring and I do not enjoy listening to it (the 5th is much better)

Enjoying classical music takes a certain amount of imagination, I think. You get out what you put in. Many people don't actually listen to any music, even their "favorite." They just use it as background noise, as a mechanism to continue the split of their attention because they have become so accustomed to multitasking.

Enjoying classical takes imagination and focus, two things that have been bred out of the modern person.

Or some shit like that.

>listening to this on multiple windows delayed by 1 minute
There are no reaction images for this ecstasy.
