Britain should be entirely Irish

desu

my nigga

Can't you be reasonable instead of just the autism we wuz larping

Why should the Republic of Ireland have the entire island?

Frankly the only reason to have it done OPs way is because it would look better on a map.

Good luck with that faggot.

The reason I hold this belief is because NI has no right to exist.

I wish it were still a part of the Union so these isles were United in prosperity but the reality is that we did a bit of an autistic job of running the bog so when they backstabbed us during WW1 the best thing to do was let them go.

NI isn't a proper country.
It has no culture-the 12th of July based celebrations are not Northern Irish culture, it's just a popular commemoration of not even the most important battle in a revolution that happened hundreds of years ago.

There is no Northern Irish identity. No matter how they deny it, the people are split between being Irish or British.

The country produces nothing. It has done nothing but cost money and blood of English people.

Ireland should be British, in my opinion, but it isn't and there are sound arguments for that being how it should be. But Northern Ireland/any partition whatsoever?

Nonsense.

I get why the Irish would want the entire island, but why not become part of the Union too?

Jus let the past be the past, we're stronger as one.

It annoys me when all you remember is the revolution. Many fought in the trenches also.

It's a nice thought but they have far more reason not to join than to join.

My point is that the Ireland should not be divided in regards to who rules it.

we don't have any interest in your union, please keep it to your own island and leave us alone

Never has that "autistic screeching" picture ever been more apt than when you are talking about, or to, the Irish.

This.

Embrace your irishness , learn the fucking tounge, and kick out the northern Irelanders.

I hare fence-sitting nation's. Feels like LARPing

what?

Ireland was never a traditional member of "the union." The conquering of Ireland was a botched, messy affair that took a lot longer than it really should have and was never properly sorted; the managing and running of Ireland had always been a bit wobbly and generally-unfortunate as it is-had we done a better job they'd probably have happily stayed in the union or as part of the commonwealth.

There are very few arguments for them to ever rejoin. There are many arguments as to why one chunk of the island shouldn't be allowed to keep leeching off us.

NI is useless. Unlike Wales/Scotland, it is not connected by land to Britain. It is a fake, failed statelet and I'd see it done away with as soon as possible.

Ireland should be all british, or all irish.
