Spreading way too thin here. With a real Empire you should aim for some level of ethnic unity, religious unity, lingual unity and shared values. You should also try to conquer and forcefully rule over people as little as possible.

I would say instead just include the following:

Canada, USA, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Panama, Baja California, South Africa, UK, Norway, Denmark, the NL, Oz, NZ, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, HK.

We don't need those excess commie and shit skin states, ultimately too many of them and they'd weigh us down hard.
