As far as I know stirner just tells you you can take whatever you can, but I haven't read him, that would correlate with my thesis that every right has to be enforced by power since without power your are just left to the mercy of others to grant you your rights.
For example property rights are only valuable if you can enforce them by weaopons and shoot every intruder, be it with your own guns or the help of your neighbourhood or the military power of your insurance company.

When I look to Europe, I'm not impressed with the results. I actually suspect that excessively "high-trust" and conformist societies, as commonly advocated here, cause more problems than they solve. People in such societies are too likely to trust one another to wield broad authority with discretion, or to ignore bad incentives created by government interventions. They also seem prone to neglect of self defense and the right to armament, perhaps due to seeing too much of themselves in their neighbors. I'd argue that such societies tend to be self "subverting".
A degree of caution in interactions with neighbors and authorities needs to be maintained, no matter the makeup of the population. This being the case, I can't see much benefit in uniformity goals like that, and a lot of potential harm.
Homosexuals and transgenders will always be an inconsequential minority as long property owners have the right to discriminate and the state is kept out of marriage. Sexual degenerates are inconsequential as well unless they hurt someone, which in that case they would be properly punished.
