Once you take Boston through an encirclement and naval blockade in the harbor, the Northeast is a part of the Greater Pennsylvania Reich.

Pittsburgh begs to differ. The state as a whole has been much better at easing the effects of the crumbling Rust Belt industry. We don't have any Detroits, and even the "flyover" areas are doing better than most others.
