Does anyone else think that the test itself is biased?
It seems to categorise the majority of normies in the green square and makes them think that they should be voting for far-left cuck parties. All other squares therefore seem to be aberrant by comparison. Pic related, gamergaters are far from being normies but even they are all cucked far-left sjw bitches according to this test.

This is Sup Forums for comparison. Again, I would expect the average to be a lot further right of centre than it is. Is there any good, non-biased tests that we can use in future?
Questions need to be weighed. Some issues are more important to me than others
This. Any issues would likely be due to unjustifiable equal weighting to questions or some shit. But to be fair, most people when you ask them these types of questions do show as being left libertarian in leaning. The Tea Party was asked a bunch of surveys across several years and they consistently line up with the policies of someone like Bernie Sanders. That's why he polls so well in the conservative "Northeast Kingdom" of Vermont and with Republicans and independents generally across the US.
Having said that, the further you go towards the bottom left of that square, the closer you get to not wanting government and a state but most people's heads explode even trying to contemplate living life that way so they resort to mainstream leftist cuck parties, as you put it.
Also, interestingly enough, people also tend to answer those questions in a way that they believe will make them look better to others, ie virtue signalling. And hence, the average person's idea of a good all round person looks like a left libertarian like Noam Chomsky, Emma Goldman or Murray Bookchin. Smelly 20 year olds in black hoodies throwing bricks through Starbucks windows is often the reality though. Ho hum.
...
Trips of truth.
The test is shit. It has a bunch of questions regarding corporations that make absolutely no sense and that will push your score to the left if you answer in any decent way ("should globalization primarily benefit corporations or humanity" How the fuck do you expect me to answer that?)
How did this chart come about? Specifically it being pol's
My test before and after the Trump campaign. Moving towards becoming a strong man. Kek
>still a leftie
Get on my level.
...
>not on the right edge
Get on my level.
>Does anyone else think that the test itself is biased?
The whole fucking THING is biased. The "political compass" is bullshit. It's pseudoscience. It was created by two communists who were arrested for trying to bomb people. The axes aren't independent. The whole fucking thing is a lie.
I keep trying to explain this to people and nobody will listen. They always wonder why it's so difficult to map political ideologies onto it meaningfully and they don't ask why.
It's completely fucking broken!
The questions themselves contain a big bias. Unless you know what you're doing (i.e. are autistic enough to take the test so many times that you know which questions are retarded and have the wrong effect), you get pulled to the bottom left.
That site puts Hitler on the right. The guy who brought socialism and a regulated economy. Nah, passed.
Good resources for their compass definitions, though.
It could be, but most of my beliefs are actually quite traditionally left. Except for the whole saving the white race because apparently that's racist n shieeet.
kek
Some of the questions are indeed leading and others have only one answer if you apply any logic at all. I think it's more a test to discern if the taker has a functional brain than a test of political alignment.
You are like little baby
of course it is. It tries to say that racism is inherently right wing, it words the questions involving corporations in a leading way and it tries to pass off its own bullshit theory of where famous people stand on it.
>this molotov will inspire social change
always gets me.
Definitely it claims that all major political parties are blue and tosses the average person into the green category to motivate them to vote for extremist parties because the test says they are closer.
I discount Political Compass as irrelevant
there is not one question on gun rights, the true mark of libertarianism
This is the most retarded concept ever created and illustrates that one has no understanding of history or cultural evolution.
It might be flawed because you might be extreme libertarian believing all people are equal, but also extremely authoritarian and enforcing that believe and firing people who disagree with you (like the Google memo guy). How can you be in two places at the same time.
Faggy.
kek says otherwise.
the "kill the other people" should also be part of the "starving my people is a small price to pay"
Why would a libertarian believe all people to be equal?
It clearly has a high focus on left-wing issues, and asks questions in a fallacious way that encourages the answer they want. The first question is a good example of this:
>If economic globalisation is inevitable, it should primarily serve humanity rather than the interests of trans-national corporations.
Instantly the test creates this fictional concept of the evil right-wing corporations VS. humanity, like those two things are inherently opposed to one another. Also, who would take the side that's supposedly against humanity?
Apparently I have the same beliefs as Gandhi
Too close to the center
Level up your liberties goy
...
that test is shit
The makers of political compass are communists themselves. So their goal is to make everybody think that they are like them. You can assume every political compass thread here is a shill slide thread.
>normie
>fascist
Pick one
Here's how the American Electorate divides itself.
I can confirm.
I took it 2 years ago, before I cared about politics and when Trump had just started his campaign. I loved Trump, and isidewith said I agreed with him on 96% of his stances (which was very accurate). I took the political compass test and I got -3, -3.
I was a normie conservative, but was placed in the green. I was confused for months.;
These tests are fucking retarded, there's topics that I just don't care about and others that require more than just a yes/no answer. Aside from that of course it's biased, no political compass test is perfect.
quite sad, and a little scary
where the fuck are libertarians?
It's biased. This is basically what happens if you encourage practicality> clownworld form over function. I literally think that gay people should be sentenced to death.
am I a nat soc
>that one dot at the bottom right
I'm close to being centrist in this test, but in reality I'd be considered 'far-right' because of my views on immigration.
Should be more economically right tbqh.
...
...
it's a shit test
I agrag, but it's much bigger than this test. It associates "liberal" with "left" which was/is a Big Lie. Left means progressive means wanting government to intervene for disadvantaged/minority like modern SJWs; right means wanting government to intervene for majority/tradition like Nazis; center means liberalism, wanting balance/equality of opportunity. Just another piece in the massive plan to go-opt liberal Americana and turn sheeple into chucks for the Commies.
That's not a political compass you fucktard
My most recent test. Should I retake and see what's changed?
Authoritarian center?
it is one
it's just scaled differently compared to your tests
just here to blogpost (^:
thanks satan
>tfw radical centrist
me
...
>being inside squares
ohhh
There are only two sides: Individual rights and collectivism. Everything in-between is an inconsistent application of these two concepts.
Yet i proudly believe in
SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED
yes its bias as fuck and asks a bunch of stupid questions the spanking one makes no sense on the compass for instance
>ancap
>understanding of history or cultural evolution
How about you get back to reading fucking books for school, faggot, summer's almost oer
>It was created by two communists who were arrested for trying to bomb people
Need more info on this, user.
Agreed. The test has an apparent moral bias for left libertarianism (the green square).
It's still the best thing around though.
Forgot pic. It's actually far simpler than most people realize.
>Does anyone else think that the test itself is biased?
yes
...
Do you have links to some of those tests? I'm building my political portfolio. I need the F score and the autism spectrum links
Yes it's biased, textbook natsoc answers lump you in with the liberals and textbook communist answers lump you in with the anarchists. The questions are asked with a 21st century postmodern outlook in mind and seem to be heavily biased towards the American version of the left-right scale, which is inaccurate to begin with.
this is pretty gay desu
Yes a lot of the question made me think "should I answer the question as it is written, or should I answer based on the real intended meaning?"
I have never scored anything other than blue or purple squares, and I consider myself a moderate. Maybe you are just a leftist?
no ty
What does this make me?
Because he believes all humans deserves equal treatment, if men aren't all equal then why should they be afforded the same rights?
Thanks Brother.
The test is biased as fuck. It is made by british leftists who were against Thatcherism and Blairism. It is only, if at all, useful in the historical context of british and american politics of the early 00s years.
Don't use that shit.
not good enough
...
Of course it's biased, it's hosted by some UK lefty Corbynite
>Do you feel an urge to peel flakes off yourself and / or others?
What the fuck is this test even?
That guy looks like he has nigger cum in his beard at all times. I bet his asshole is pozzed as fuck
It has one question on marijuana (literally should you be punished for weed, not if you support legalization) and one question regarding abortion (if all abortions should be illegal or something). Then there's like six questions about gay rights. If you don't hate the gays, it pretty much instantly puts you on the left.
Ok, but why wouldn't you hate gays?
post the real compasses
Helps determine whether it's measured by length +/- width. Personally I think it's useless unless it factors in weight too, you have arseburgers user.
...
I can't take seriously anyone who uses "authoritarian" as a negative, as if the very idea of authority was evil.
Best compass ever.
we've had a bunch of those threads
>some user looks at all the pics
>adds the dots to a single chart
not difficult stuff bro
S-should I change my flag desu?
Reeeeeeeeee
Answered some of these sarcastically so probably moar edgy. Not my fault stupid test cant detect sarcasm
I don't like it when people use liberal to refer to pseudo-socialists and progressives. It's sad knowing this won't change soon.
Somehow the test always positions me way further to the left than I would expect. I'm mainly a social conservative and skew further left on some other issues, but the chart doesn't reflect my voting preferences at all. It puts me in Bernie land.
This.
This so fucking much.
Liberal is used like a slur against borderline commies. Overton window sits with it's right edge in the center now.
Fucking lunacy.
This test sucks. Take this question for example:
>I'd always support my country, whether it was right or wrong.
No person in their right mind could ever agree with this statement. It's absolutely retarded and absurd, but if you disagree, the test will interpret that as you being an anti-nationalist and your results will be pushed leftward.
This
And this
this
>Capitalist Fascism
You can't be both fascism is both economically opposed to communism and fascism.
