I am aware that Firefox was recently went down the drain because of their partnership with Soros. So here is what I think is the best alternative browser. The Vivaldi browser, once properly customized, serves every function that Firefox or Chrome can serve, and aesthetically it's actually better.
Comment what you think about this browser and whether or not it is the browser that Sup Forums should adopt. Sup Forums needs to have an alternative browser as a part of its identity.
If you want the thumbnail photos from my start screen (I made and fixed the size of the pre-made ones myself with Photoshop.
PaleMoon if you know what are you doing. Brave if you're dumb. Maybe WaterFox.
William Jones
Any of these have extensions like Sup Forums X?
Jaxon Gray
>4 I don't know why but when I used Brave the tab system and bookmark glitches were just in my face. I wanted to make myself stay on it but it didn't have all of the functions firefox had. Also, Vivaldi supports Chrome extensions so you can get Adblock and it is the most customizable browser I've ever used.
Adrian Cox
yeah, I'm not using brave either.. I use Chrome Canary for development and Iridium for private browsing
Its basically a chromium fork, with privacy patches
Christian Parker
I use the Clover app from whateverhisfaceis. Is this bad?
Aiden Stewart
> I was going to try PaleMoon but at the last second a guy recommended Vivaldi to me and I've fell in love with it. I spent 2 hours customizing it (I had to photoshop alot of stuff to make it fit my taste perfectly).
Benjamin Price
Recently started using Pale Moon. I like it so far.
Joseph Cruz
>inb4 hodor fag
Jonathan Howard
>not realizing Sup Forums has threads full of alternative and better browsers fucking lurk moar newfaggot
Ryan Johnson
Opera seems alright
Jaxson Price
Any large company browser is in danger of being whored by Soros.
Grayson Wood
I use Vivaldi and Pale Moon Gave Vivaldi a try earlier this year and its bretty good. Too bad it doesn't have sync. Palemoon also has better tab-handling and bookmark sorting/searching.
Vivaldi is almost worth switching to though
Adrian Foster
true. I have a stepfather who is extremely adept at computers and uses this. >locks down his computer so tight cia would be hard pressed to find him >takes time to physically check connected devices on network every hour >can do hardware repairs >extremely picky about every thing he fucking buys >threatened to bitch slap me if I ever used a modem/router 2in1
Noah Morris
It doesn't fucking matter m8. Both your OS and hardware are accessible by the NSA
Gavin Diaz
if you are used to firefox get pale moon or waterfox ( pale moon is more secure / stable and has god tier privacy but waterfox has better addon compatibility.
if you are used to chrome get iridium.
Henry Long
you can defeat hardware shit by going pre 2012 amd cpu and run linux dude. don't be a noob.
Connor Stewart
>virtual machine >VPN >not having anything newer than WVista
>grandpa >not stepfather what does he mean by this?
Gavin Miller
Vista is sooooo old.
Jackson Scott
>VPN
when will this meme die?
Easton Hughes
opera is owned by the chinese though
Michael Rodriguez
Step fathers are old people, that's why I mixed up the two.
Jason Evans
When will Belgium die? Belgium should be carved up between the French and Dutch. And the EU dissolved.
Jason Wright
I've switched to Pale Moon recently and I'm enjoying it a lot more than Chrome, which is surprising because Pale Moon is based on Firefox and Firefox runs like shit on my hardware. It's like an older Firefox but gutted of all those crappy new features that no one uses (like that chat thingy). I'm not sure if it's placebo or what but it feels a lot faster. Legitimately one of the better memes I've fallen for. I'll check out some other browsers too. Any other recommendations?
Jayden Cruz
When all region-locked or region-limited shits are officially available to everyone else and pirates achieve a total victory.
Kayden Green
Brave. It's the most private and fastest browser I have ever used. You owe it to yourself to try it.
Jayden Rogers
Virtually everyone in this thread has spoken ill of Brave. What say you to these claims?
Thomas Cruz
kmeleonbrowser.org/ Security thru Obscurity. Look at the forums for the most up to date version. Super fast, Super light weight.
Grayson Perry
>not using w3m
Chase Thompson
Vivaldi on based on Blink web engine, is that a problem?
Jackson Nguyen
epic privacy browser - while cringily named - is bretty good >built in encrypted proxy list is a cool feature
Chase Ward
Firefox is working with soros? What the fuck.
Benjamin Perry
I use brave highly recommend it
Camden Hernandez
I'm using Brave. It's Chrome but not affiliated with Google I guess.
Lincoln Phillips
OP. I like the idea of this thread but you need to point out that if you use windows 10 it doesn't matter. If you have certain routers it doesn't matter. Certain ISPs don't matter either. The thread should include all these things for maximum privacy discussion.
Blake Adams
I'm not hearing much about Opera lately. Is it alright or no? I'm not sure how I feel about the design.
William Howard
>implying i give a fuck using a computer made past 00 and your fucked both ways to next week
William Taylor
BE BRAVE
no seriously. It is a good product. Free open source software.
Austin Morales
I hope you're making him proud of his wife's son, user.
Nathan Murphy
...
Luis Howard
Btw: pale moon is coded by a furry Opera is chinese botnet Firefox is soros Chrome is botnet Vivaldi is closed source, maybe botnet
Iridium is alright i guess
Austin Collins
>The cia's last ditch effort to get into step dad's computer
Lucas Bell
>not using lynx Kids.Kids,everywhere.
Angel Murphy
>The Vivaldi browser
I am on board. Shit works good and offers free email
Cameron Morales
what do you guys think is the best browse app for android?
William Allen
> Noobs
This guy has the right idea: Brave is based on Chromium and is 100% open source. It was founded by the creator of Javascript, and cofounder of Mozilla who later got pushed out of Mozilla because of the faggotry taking it over.
I can personally vouch for Pale Moon. I've been using Firefox for as long as I can remember, and making the switch to PM was easy and barely noticable.
Matthew Martin
cant put ghostry on pale moon
Camden Bell
It has no extension support, in other words: shit.
Elijah Davis
Best mobile browser? I'm struggling with DuckDuckGo to be honest
Angel Collins
Vivaldi is botnet. Use Firefox forks like Waterfox.
Dylan Morgan
There is no partnership with Soros (that was fake news), Firefox has been going down the shitter for years. You're cucked anyway if you're running a proprietary operating system (Windows, OS X).
Install Gentoo, run GCC, and browse with Icecat or stop complaining about.
Ryan Reed
So I didnt get any replies in the last thread cause it died so I'm gonna ask again, I dont get why it matters? Like why do you need to use a special browser, what difference is it gonna make?
Cameron Thompson
Waterfox is the best universal option. It's Mozilla without the kike shit.
Leo Clark
A pop up that says WHOA THERE THIS SITE IS FAKE NEWS AND DOUBLEPLUS UNGOOD maybe?
After this week do you put it past them?
There is really no reason to use Chrome, however. I don't know anyone who can actually justify that.
Zachary Powell
Proof?
Anthony Carter
It is very likely fed run now, as some when some years ago it was taken down bu them, but got back up the next day with tons of content on it already. It as not been disturbed since. And as for the alternatives, I have no idea. I don't use torrent services at all anymore.
Lincoln Peterson
What the fuck. I keep getting errors on my Sup Forums responses so sorry if my replies don't make exact sense.
Justin Williams
What about KickAss Torrents?
Cameron Mitchell
Been using Chrome for a very long time. Should I go Vilvaldi or Iridium? Do they both support extensions? I've tried Brave and I do not recommend.
Maybe jump ship to a Firefox fork like Pale Moon?
Jackson Campbell
There are no good mobile browsers. Apple controls the App Store, no red pilled browsers allowed. Although I do use Dolphin sometimes so that I can background the videos I listen to (youtube blocked this feature in most browsers). I also use Puffin for Twitter since my real IP is blocked from signing up for Twitter.
Justin Lee
I use IceCat and DuckDuckGo
Matthew Fisher
web developer, will never not use chrome.
dont care if alphabets bust down my door, its not worth using shitty consoles
peace
David Myers
I recommend Pale Moon. It supports Firefox extensions and from everyone tells me it is the most distanced from any kind of opposition like bot nets and Soros.
Justin Parker
Iridium supports all chrome extensions i've ever tried. It's indistinguishable visually -- it looks and functions on the user level exactly the same.
Gavin Robinson
I sometimes lose connection to Sup Forums because of Moscow's(Kremlin's) cloudflare. What's your excuse? I know nothing about torrents these days. I quit using them many years ago. Too much tracking, and also leaves said trackers on your system as nulls even after uninstalling all torrent services.
Jackson Wood
On the subject of browsers, what search engine would you guys recommend? I'm using DuckDuckGo, but I understand it uses the same algorithm as Google, so fuck that. What are some better alternative search engines that don't try to shove an agenda down your throat?
David Garcia
I use IceCat and Ixquick
Bentley Bailey
Gonna switch from FF to Chromium
Julian Parker
Does it matter at this point? I mean if they wanted my info they have it all alredy, would changing my browser fix anything now?
I use a public wifi too so probably I have the privacy of a pornstar right now.
Mason Hernandez
because fuck google and cuckergerg thats why
Sebastian Bennett
Brave
Jace Baker
It might matter once Sup Forums becomes illegal and logs show you visited this site and never get a job anywhere in the world anymore.
Grayson Miller
Many seem to be confused about this privacy issue. Do you use if for anything (highly) illegal? If not, you have nothing to worry about. They have tons of people searching up "wrong" subjects every milisecond. Avoid putting your name out there, that's all.
You didn't need to until jewgle started to alter their search results to be more "forgiving" of Islam, I.E. putting literal progressive propaganda websites run by the muslim brotherhood on the first 3 pages of search results. They are altering search parameters to suit their propaganda. That's why it matters.
Julian Diaz
opera + adnauseam
Connor James
Bump
Hudson Kelly
How the fuck did you got ip banned on twitter?
Leo Foster
I really wanted to give that browser a try but that video made me reconsider. Jesus.
Dominic Morales
It's the only possibility where I live.
Nothing illegal aside from finding old movies in YT. Worst thing they can see in my browsing history might be the gore side of liveleak.
Carson Morales
I'm IP banned on twitter as well. It happens to a lot of people.
Colton Martinez
Forget using opera. Use Brave
Nicholas Sanders
Look up "American Inventors" if you want more google induced brain cancer.
Jonathan Clark
Don't forget white couple. That depends on the search engine, not the browser though.
Ethan Garcia
That one makes sense though
Lucas Collins
Stay away from iridium, it's German agent botnet, read an article about some guy getting arrested because of iridium.
