Merkel will stay as Chancellor. Germans are fairly conservative and don't like too much change to happen too quickly. AfD is too much of a change to be appealing to most Germans, so they probably won't get much. SPD will retain their base, possibly expanding it at the expense of the Greens. SPD really hasn't been pushing on CDU very strongly because they actually have many issues in common. Don't expect much change, so as much as Merkel deserves to go she will probably stay on.

Making votes disappear doesn't work since every voter will be signed in the register and counted at the end.
The number of invalid votes is too obvious, too. It's always roughly the same share if the number of votes is high enough.
