Golf is a pretty interesting sport. It's not the sport for me, but I've actually given it a try and there's a lot of skill involved and I can certainly see the draw for some people. A lot of old people play because in golf, technique > power, and in your old age all you have is technique unless you're /fit/ as fuck. When's the last time you saw an old ass man playing a contact sport? You can enjoy golf well into retirement. Never mind that the gear is expensive and a status symbol or anything.
