Baptist churches (in my opinion) are most correct theologically, but they massively lack the community and ceremony that the Catholic and Orthodox have. If you can find a more traditional baptist church you would be set, but many are now the "evangelical" style with modern music and chairs instead of pews and hymn books.

That sounds really weird, try another church maybe. Every church is somewhat unique, if you don't like some priest or people attending you can just switch and find the one you like.
