How many were victims of Stalin still purging officers (Like was still doing even in 1941) or Stalin Order 231 or Soviets dressing up as Germans and killing their own people or using scorched earth tactics leaving their people to starve. Those millions died but it has never been said that they were all killed by the Germans.
