"WHAT really happened" is that her campaign was falling apart like every campaign falls apart during the election season, and instead of doing what Trump and most other politicians did/do (fire people not doing their job or who were unneeded ) she doubled down and listened to all their shitty ideas, such as "campaign only in cities", "forget going to the rust belt where winning that!" and my personal favorite "WE MUST ATTACK PEPE THE FROG!" She also either had DWS cheat for her so she could be at the top of the ticket, and when it was revealed it stopped the moderate-hardcore Sanders voters from voting for her, and she decided that She wanted to be the underdog and not the guy who had 0 official political experience.
This is simply a case of "if you're rallys don't even fill up a school gym then you should fire everyone that is working for you"
