Generally speaking, cities in general are toxic to humanity. It is a fact that those who dwell in urban areas are more likely to suffer from mental illness and other deleterious effects on the body and mind. These effects compound on lesser races such as negros.

Blacks can live fine if uninspired lives in tiny villages where everyone knows each other by name and the weight of the village elders' disapproval keeps them in line. Move them to a city, free of that social control, and modern-day Africa results.
