Become self-reliant. Start small. There's demand for react devs, register with Upwork or some similar site. Apply for projects, get speaking to people. You can have a contract landed by the end of the weekend.

The sensible way to do it is to give HR a list of criteria and key words to look for, throwing away every CV without a degree is a very short sighted way of looking at things.
If your CV doesn't show higher education but it has plenty of relevant experience it will make it through most HR departments, unless of course you work with automatons and jobsworths.
