The most important thing you can do for the white race is keep your own life in order. Start with yourself. You must be competent, reliable, hardworking, and, above all, happy. Do people in your life trust and respect you? What does your family think of you? Are you capable of raising children? Racial politics doesn't have to be the only factor of your life. And if you can't achieve such things for your self, then the chances are very high that you are not ready to be a political activist, either online or in real life. Because how can you make a difference for the race, for the lives of many, if you can't even make anything of your own, individual life?
Always remember: we live in first world countries and have opportunity that most people born on this planet do not. Things aren't as good for us as they were for our parents. But billions of people in the third world would still kill to have the opportunities that you do right now. So take care of yourself! Work your ass off, every day, to build a good life for you, and for your family. Clear your mind of self destructive thoughts, and keep yourself focused on realistic goals. Work hard, but also do fun and wholesome things with real people in real life. That is very important. Nothing on the internet should ever take away from your real life.

the right's opinion's are inherently unethical, and Mr. Trump's policies and viewpoints are inherently unethical. Thus complaining and campaigning for change is a natural solution to the issue. As political correctness represses free speech, we can start to run into an issue: we are destroying the only tool with which we can express our discontent. People should not be damaged by others' opinions and blatant trolling. But for now, all we can do is to raise awareness against the global and moral disaster that is Trump's presidency, and we must express that through speech.

Yes. A lot, especially here lately. In 2009, I was 215 and about 7-9% body fat. I was at the gym six days a week, two to three times a day. Very unprincipled starting off. It took its toll. Now, I'm lifting about four to six times a week, one or two times a day, and actually balancing diet to benefit exercise, instead of shoveling down a bunch of whey and supplements. I feel several times better now than I did in 09.

The only shows I watch are the ones that don't mention politics. Usually it's reruns if shows like Seinfeld and HIMYM, and tbs has a few shows. Everything on ABC and NBC and Netflix are just liberal propaganda. CBS actually had a show that made fun of millennial liberals, but it got canceled because the ratings tanked on the last episode due to rescheduling.
The only late night I watch is Conan O'Brian. He makes fun of trump in his monologue, because he's the president. For the once a month time he does criticize donland trump as a person he sounds like a normal chill liberal. He doesn't go on a 20 minute rant like jimmy Kimmel or Stephen Colbert. I actually used to like Kimmel, but he just got too annoying.
SNL decided to do a summer edition of the weekend update. It was literally 30mins complaining about Donald trump. How's that used to be funny, like blackish, modern family, are now just used for virtue signaling. CBS debuted a show called superior donuts that's literally a political debate for 30 minutes with the liberal position always wining. Brooklyn 99, once a funny cop show, is now becoming a cop apologist show. Even shows that center around black people or women are just liberal propaganda pieces.
Someone should just create a channel, that only has shows that either don't talk about politics, or how's that lean conservative. Enough is e-fucking-nough
