I used to get annoyed by those kind of blackpill (or perhaps even shill) posters who have a tendency to chime in an berate people on Sup Forums for being proactive in the system. The kind of people who showed up in trump support threads and called us faggots for thinking "voting" would solve anything.
These people basically viewed everything from a standpoint that was either highly fatalistic or a powerful subscriber to the idea of "might makes right". In short, they implied that nothing, not even psychological approaches could generate change in favor of people with a Sup Forums mentality. Basically the people in power make rules to keep people below them and don't follow those rules themselves. Only through physical removal would these people be out of power. This is at least what I suspect they were trying to imply. Obviously they wouldn't go into detail about it or promote anything that would break the law but the constant insulting and downplaying of people involved in a democratic system heavily conveyed their point, that it was bread and circus.
Now there are many things that go against this idea, we got Trump in and the powers had to dance, they weren't just playing along they HAD to make Trump president, because power beyond direct force is ultimately an illusion, psychological/social control. They basically had to play by the rule book or their power would become illegitimate.
But the thing is, they aren't playing 100%. They've done everything in their power to fuck with "The outsider" that is Trump. His own Cabinet, the party behind him, the media and literally everyone is doing everything to ruin him without leaping outside of the rule set that would give people reason to overthrow them. So though they're playing the rules, it's still a rigged game.
I don't know if we can win this anymore unless Trump puts his foot down.
It's not just about Trump, look at this google shit. They're cutting down everything by any means.
